عند وضع طلب باستخدام موقع smmpans ، فإنك تقبل تلقائيًا جميع شروط الخدمة المذكورة أدناه إذا كنت تقرأها أم لا.

نحن نحتفظ بالحق في تغيير شروط الخدمة هذه دون سابق إنذار. من المتوقع أن تقرأ جميع شروط الخدمة قبل تقديم أي طلب للتأكد من أنك محدث بأية تغييرات أو أي تغييرات مستقبلية.

لن تستخدم موقع smmpans إلا بطريقة تتبع جميع الاتفاقات المبرمة مع Instagram / Facebook / Twitter / Youtube / او اي موقع تواصل اجتماعي اخر على صفحة شروط الخدمة الفردية الخاصة بهم. اسعار الخدمات بالموقع قابلة للتغيير في أي وقت دون سابق إنذار. تظل سياسة الدفع / الاسترداد سارية في حالة تغير السعر.

smmpans لا يضمن وقت التسليم لأية خدمات. نحن نقدم أفضل تقدير لدينا للوقت الذي سيتم فيه تسليم الطلب

هذا مجرد تقدير ولن يقوم smmpans برد الطلبات التي تتم معالجتها إذا شعرت أنها تستغرق وقتًا طويلاً.
موقع smmpans يحاول جاهدا أن يقدم بالضبط ما هو متوقع منا من قبل البائعين لدينا.

في هذه الحالة ، نحتفظ بالحق في تغيير نوع الخدمة إذا اعتبرنا أنه من الضروري إكمال الطلب.

General

By placing an order with smmpans , you automatically accept all the below listed terms of service weather you read them or not.

We reserve the right to change these terms of service without notice. You are expected to read all terms of service before placing any order to insure you are up to date with any changes or any future changes.

You will only use the smmpans website in a manner which follows all agreements made with Instagram/Facebook/Twitter/Youtube/Other social media site on their individual Terms of Service page. smmpans rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The payment/refund policy stays in effect in the case of rate changes. smmpans does not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation and smmpans will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long. smmpans tries hard to deliver exactly what is expected from us by our re-sellers. In this case, we reserve the right to change a service type if we deem it necessary to complete an order.

Disclaimer:

smmpans will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer.

Liabilities:

smmpans is in no way liable for any account suspension or picture deletion done by Instagram or Twitter or Facebook or YouTube or Other Social Media.

سيتم استخدام موقع smmpans فقط للترويج لحسابك على Instagram / Twitter / Facebook أو اي حساب اجتماعي حسب الخدمات المتوفرة على الموقع وللمساعدة في زيادة "المظهر" فقط

نحن لا نضمن أن يتفاعل المتابعون الجدد معك ، نحن نضمن لك ببساطة الحصول على المتابعين الذين تدفع لهم مقابل ذلك.

نحن لا نضمن أن 100٪ من حساباتنا سيكون لها صورة للملف الشخصي ، وصور حيوية ومُحملة بالكامل ، على الرغم من أننا نسعى جاهدين لجعل هذا حقيقة واقعة لجميع الحسابات.

لن تقوم بتحميل أي شيء في موقع smmpans باي شيء يحتوي على عُري أو أي مواد غير مقبولة أو مناسبة لمجتمع Instagram / Twitter / Facebook أو Social Media بشكل عام.

الحسابات الخاصة لن تحصل على اي تعويض او الغاء. يرجى التأكد من أن حسابك عام قبل الطلب.

سياسة الاسترجاع

لن يتم رد أي مبالغ إلى طريقة الدفع الخاصة بك. بعد اكتمال الإيداع ، لا توجد طريقة لعكسه.

يجب عليك استخدام رصيدك في الطلبات من موقع smmpans فقط.

أنت توافق على أنه بمجرد إتمام عملية الدفع ، فلن تقدم نزاعًا أو إعادة المبلغ مقابلنا لأي سبب.

إذا رفعت نزاعًا أو طلب باعادة المبلغ ضدنا بعد إيداع ، فنحن نحتفظ بالحق في إنهاء جميع الطلبات المستقبلية ، ونمنعك من موقعنا. نحتفظ أيضًا بالحق في استبعاد أي متابعين أو اي طلبات اخرى تم تسليمها إلليك أو الى عملائك في Instagram / Facebook / Twitter أو اي حساب في وسائط التواصل الاجتماعي الأخرى.

لن يتم رد أو إلغاء الطلبات الموضوعة في "لوحة أخرى فقط" بعد وضعها.

سوف تتلقى رصيدًا مستردًا إلى حسابك على "لوحة أخرى أخرى" إذا كان الطلب غير قابل للتسليم

لن تكون طلبات الحساب الخاطئ أو الحساب الخاص مؤهلة لاسترداد الأموال. تأكد من تأكيد كل طلب قبل وضعه.

النشاط الاحتيالي مثل استخدام بطاقات الائتمان غير المصرح بها أو المسروقة سيؤدي إلى إنهاء حسابك.

لا توجد استثناءات.

يرجى عدم استخدام أكثر من موقع واحد في نفس الوقت لنفس الصفحة او الحساب.

لا يمكننا أن نقدم لك عدد المتابعين / الإعجابات الصحيحة في هذه الحالة.

لن نقوم بالغاء او رد هذه الطلبات.

نحن نأخذ خصوصيتك على محمل الجد وسوف نتخذ جميع التدابير لحماية معلوماتك الشخصية.

لن يتم استخدام أي معلومات شخصية يتم تلقيها إلا لملء طلبك.

لن نبيع أو نعيد توزيع معلوماتك لأي شخص.

Service

smmpans will only be used to promote your Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social account and help boost your "Appearance" only.

We DO NOT guarantee your new followers will interact with you, we simply guarantee you to get the followers you pay for.

We DO NOT guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.

You will not upload anything into the smmpans site including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social Media community.

Private accounts would not a get a refund! Please insure that your account is public before ordering.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be made to your payment method. After a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it. You must use your balance on orders from smmpans.

You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason.

If you file a dispute or charge-back against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders, ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to take away any followers or likes we delivered to your or your clients Instagram/Facebook/Twitter or other social media account.

Orders placed in smmpans will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed.You will receive a refund credit to your smmpans account if the order is non deliverable

Misplaced or Private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it.

Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to termination of your account. There are no exceptions.

Please do not use more than one server at the same time for the same page. We cannot give you correct followers/likes number in that case. We will not refund for these orders.

Privacy Policy

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.

Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your personal information to anyone. All personal information is encrypted and saved in secure servers.
